Our Story
In 2007, we had a vision: to introduce delicious, healthy, interesting food and beverages to all people, especially those who thought "healthy" meant boring and tasteless choices.
We especially love surprising those who tentatively step into our clean, bright store expecting to eat something "blah" and who walk out with a happy spring in their step saying "Wow!"
We know it's possible to please people who love food but want to live a healthy, energetic lifestyle.
